A fishmeal with a protein content of more than 70 percent that is very rich in essential amino acids, has a high biological value and contributes to better digestive utilization of food. Very oily and with a pronounced taste, è therefore suitable for use in the summer period or to enrich low-fat mixes. Particularly untying, it should be used in mixes with pronounced binding properties and that do not present a taste of their own, given the strong flavor imprint of this flour. Not to be forgotten that this flour has the highest sodium chloride (salt) content among all fish flours, so it tends to salt mixes and is not recommended to be combined with glutamates.
